What you will do
- Welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle guest requests.
- Use PMS and booking channels (training provided).
- Provide support via phone/WhatsApp and email.
Requirements
- Strong communication and guest relation skills.
- Genuine interest and positive attitude towards tourism and hospitality.
- Basic PC knowledge and English at conversational level (other languages are a plus).
- Availability for flexible shifts.
- No previous experience required — we provide on-the-job training.

What you will do
